Here is the week ahead, its a busy one.
Monday and Tuesday: Normal practice.
Wednesday: 2nd Group practice at 1:15 (Early Release Day) Girls at Ft. Osage (Bus at 2:O0, Weigh at 3:30, Wrestle at 5) First Group at Park Hill South (Bus at 3PM, Wrestle at 4, No Spectators)
Thursday: Wrestlers going to Ironman leave. (They have already been informed who is going), Normal Practice for others.
Friday: Ironman @9am (V), Girls at Excelsior Springs (Bus at 2:O0, Weigh at 3:30, Wrestle at 5)
Saturday: Ironman @9am (V), JV at Excelsior Springs (Bus at 6:15AM, Weigh in at 8, Wrestle at 9:30) Girls OFF
Sunday: Wrestlers return from Ironman.
